Lake George, from $480 per room per night
The Women’s Wellness package is for the eighth annual Women’s Wellness weekend retreat and part of a Be Inspired weekend program offered in conjunction with Natural Health magazine. It includes two nights in a standard room at the Sagamore, a picturesque resort on a 72-acre private island on Lake George, about a four-hour drive from New York City. Two days of workshops and classes are part of the package and include: “Live in the Moment” with keynote speaker Lucinda Bassett, “Living the Dream” with Laurie Gerber, “Cooking the Whole Foods Way” with Christina Pirello, “Women’s Edge” with Regina Smith, “Inspired Grace” with Gia Combs-Ramirez, and “Sonic Meditation” with Richard Goodhart.
